Jean-Michel Rapin, CEO of PrimeBuilding, began his career in Facilities Management in 2010 after realising that he understands the problem context of building management and can use his technical and professional experience to provide more sound, efficient and cost-effective solutions.

As a Facility Management professional, he acknowledged the need for a tool that will aid the day-to-day role of a facility manager.

Soon, he realised that while there are a considerable number of existing facility management software that exists in the market, they are either packed with so many features which are either not very user-friendly or are too complex for some facility managers. On top of that, there are so many small buildings that are in need of a facility management software but paying for expensive licensing costs is simply not a cost-effective option.

Backed by his solid engineering background and expertise in the facilities management domain, he decided to create his own software, PrimeBuilding, with the aim to not only use in his own facility management business but also extend the benefits to the rest of the community.
